It all starts with a conversation!
Each project is entirely bespoke, so our initial consultation gives you the opportunity to tell us about your requirements - whether it’s one room or a whole house, light touch styling tweaks, or a full renovation project.
We are used to working in a collaborative way or taking the lead and presenting a completely finished design. Whatever your requirements please get in touch - we would love to hear from you.
Our initial discussions will touch on:
Visual inspiration we encourage you to share your thoughts on designs and styles. Mood boards, images and colours all give us a better understanding of what you would like us to help you achieve. Top tip - check out Pinterest for lots of inspiration. But don’t worry if you have no idea - we are here to help!
Budget & timeline it is good to have these conversations as early as possible, so do give it some thought.
Space information an idea of the number of rooms you are looking for help with, and their general size(s) is an important starting point. Photos and walk-through videos are also extremely useful at this stage.

Following our initial consultation, the next step is scheduling a site visit. This gives us the chance to view the necessary work and take crucial detailed measurements and photographs. During the site visit, we will have further discussions about your specific requirements, offering on-the-spot feedback and valuable advice. This process ensures a fully comprehensive understanding of your project and goals.
A summary of what we may cover includes:
Detailed project scope including in-depth analysis on design elements, materials and structural considerations.
Timeline refinement discussing key deadlines and any potential challenges that may impact the schedule.
Material and colour samples dependent on the project this can be a good time to bring suggested samples.
Budget review we can review the budget and address any financial considerations.
Questions and concerns we encourage clients to ask questions and express any concerns early on to ensure a transparent and collaborative partnership.
Moving forward we will discuss a summary of decisions made and next steps in the design process.

Whether you are looking for an interior design service or home staging to sell or rent a property - a light touch with general advice on colours, or a whole home redesign and installation - our team begins the creative process by putting together bespoke electronic visual concepts, followed by full design schemes - focusing of style, furnishings, accessories, colour schemes, floor plans, and layout. We work closely with trades such as bathroom and kitchen designers, flooring experts, and decorators. We also cover detailed budgets, room-by-room inventory, and styling action lists.
We offer our clients:
Customised electronic visual concept boards which allow you to visualise the design concepts in a digital format before committing to a detailed design scheme.
Design schemes are presented as an electronic PDF for your approval before we begin any implementation. Elements like style and furnishings as well as intricate details such as lighting, accessories, textures, and spatial arrangements are all clearly showcased.
Room-by-room inventory gives clients, trades, and our team a comprehensive analysis of existing elements, new additions, and a detailed plan for each space.
Styling action list this works in conjunction with the room inventory and serves as a practical roadmap for executing the new design scheme.
